Beth Buck is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with a dynamic 20+ year career in human resources and HR leadership roles.  Beth has over 13 years of experience in public and private higher education human resources, having served as the Employment Manager at the University of Dayton in Ohio before joining NC State University.  Before working in higher education, Beth worked for several transportation companies and spent time in the tire industry working as a Field Human Resources Manager for Bridgestone Americas, Inc.

Beth earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.  Beth loves working in higher education and is especially interested in Strengths-Based leadership and culture, employee relations, coaching, work/life integration, employee engagement, and organizational development.
