Information about training and development for DASA employees

New DASA Employees:

DASA Connect – DASA Human Resources offers this program for all new DASA permanent faculty and staff. This program offers the opportunity to connect with the DASA mission, leadership team, and other new employees. New hires and transfers into DASA will be invited to the program by DASA HR.

CliftonStrengths

The Division of Academic and Student Affairs is fortunate to have a number of Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches. What is CliftonStrengths? It is an assessment that helps individuals discover what they naturally do best (talents) and then use this to maximize their potential. Training for teams is also available. Contact Beth Buck in DASA HR to learn more or to connect with a Strengths Coach.
