General Finance

Each month the finance team holds a Business Support Staff meeting. At these meetings, new procedures and policies, or changes to existing ones, are discussed as well as upcoming deadlines and events and any training review that is necessary. We also invite representatives from other areas of the university as guest speakers to discuss upcoming upgrades, ongoing issues, and any other topics that would be of interest. We strongly encourage all department bookkeepers and administrative assistants to attend as well as anyone else who would like to learn more about business processes.
