Description

Understanding yourself and others is the first step toward enhancing teamwork. When team members foster positive and trusting relationships, the team is able to get work done efficiently and effectively. This highly interactive workshop introduces participants to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality model, a popular framework to understand behavioral differences. It will help individuals gain greater self-awareness and improve their understanding of others. The insights and application of personality type can be applied to improve team communication and working with others. 

Objectives:

  • Identify the MBTI model as a framework for understanding and valuing differences in people.
  • Review the four dimensions of the MBTI model.
  • Begin to assess how best to apply type to improve working with others, leadership, self-awareness, and communication.
