Checking Status of Voucher Payment

To check on the status of the vouchers that you have entered:

• From the Financials System Homepage, go into the Voucher Center
• Click on “My Vouchers by Status” on the left hand side of the screen and you will see a list of all the vouchers you have entered and their status
  • Not Routed
  • Pending Approval
  • Approved
  • Paid
  • Denied
• Check this page often to ensure all of your vouchers are processed in a timely manner.
