DASA crowdfunding opportunities typically follow two cycles, fall and winter.

Successful Projects
- Have a maximum goal of $5,000
- Have a passionate project leader
- Can show need and impact of project
- Are time sensitive to create urgency
- Have a natural audience to solicit
- Have people willing to participate in peer-to-peer fundraising
Examples of Projects
- Workspace upgrades (i.e. new tables, equipment, etc.)
- Conference travel costs
- Program supplies (i.e. new books, class materials, etc.).
