Project Process Agreement
DASA MarComm asks that you review the following information before submitting a project request to achieve collaborative, collective success.
Times listed in the chart below are general estimates intended to give units a forecast based on the services requested. The more complex the request, the longer the lead time necessary.
Upon receiving a project request, MarComm will review the request, consult as needed and if alignment is determined, will work the request into our project queue. Certain requests may require a strategic consultation to develop a communications plan. The requested timeline will be considered, but finalized and agreed upon by the requestor and MarComm. All projects are subject to schedule changes based on current workloads and updates will be communicated.
Please review the table below for request timelines. Keep in mind, lead time includes the time to collaborate, consult, develop, create, review, deliver and in some cases, implement.
