Keith Medlin joined NC State University in 2020 with a technology leadership background in a variety of educational settings. Medlin previously worked 10 years as the Chief Information & Technology Officer of the Chatham County Schools (NC), 6 years as the Senior Administrator for Collaborative Applications in the Wake County Public School System, and 3 years with the Michigan Virtual University and High School overseeing daily enrollment management operations.
Medlin earned a B.A. in English from Michigan State University, an M.A. in Learning Design with Technology from Michigan State University. He is also a Consortium of School Networking (COSN) Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) as well as a UNC School of Government Certified Educational Chief Technology Officer (CECTO).
