SEPT 16, 2026 – The Office of Information Technology (OIT) has been migrating login services for NC State for the past few months from Shibboleth to EntraID. Thank you for your patience and reporting issues you’ve encountered as a part of that process. This morning, DASA Technology received a preview of the changes coming in the next few months for several products DASA employees are using.

The tentative rollout schedule for the remaining products is broken into three phases:

• Phase 1 (Sept. 16 to Sept. 30): Wolfram Mathematica (all faculty, staff, and students) and DocuSign (limited users).
• Phase 2 (Oct. 1 to Oct. 15): LinkedIn and Mathworks Matlab (all faculty, staff, and students).
• Phase 3 (Oct. 16 to Oct. 30): ESRI ArcGIS Online and Pro (all campus users) and Adobe (limited users).

This transition has already been completed for Foxit and Biorender. 

Affected groups with limited users, such as those utilizing DocuSign and Adobe, will receive a follow-up email from OIT when the exact go-live dates are finalized.
