Adapting Your Communication Style to Improve Collaboration ( LearnWithLOD)

When we improve our personal effectiveness we foster higher performance for both ourselves and the organization. In this workshop, participants will learn how to recognize behavioral and communication preferences and adjust their own behaviors to create productive working relationships with individuals of all SOCIAL STYLEs. Through experiential team building activities, participants gain useful insights of social styles and communication patterns and how to engage them to achieve results and improve team dynamics.
