How Do I Reset My PIN? / I don’t know my PIN

1. Log in to the Personal Communications Assistant (voicemail.ncsu.edu) with your Unity ID and password. (If you are off-campus, you will need to connect to VPN first in order to access the page.)
2. Click the Web Inbox link. 
3. Click Settings and then Passwords > Change PIN.
4. Type in your New PIN and Confirm New PIN.
5. Click Save. 

How do I get Voicemail to E-mail?

1. Open a web browser and navigate to go.ncsu.edu/self-service
2. Login through Shibboleth if prompted.
3. Under Unified Messaging, choose how you would like to receive messages:
   1. Voicemail Only
   2. Email Only
   3. Voicemail and Email

How do I access the Voicemail System?

1. Dial 919-515-6245.
2. Press #.
3. Enter your 5-digit campus phone extension followed by #.
4. Enter your voicemail pin number followed by #.
