How do I get help with Zoom?

Zoom has an extensive knowledge base of information to help you. Just search for your question in any web browser and zoom probably has the answer!

If you click on a meeting link and zoom doesn’t open, please try signing in to Zoom first.

Open a web browser and navigate to ncsu.zoom.us (or for those with a HIPAA compliant instance, ncsuhealth.zoom.us) and sign in through the familiar Shibboleth login. Once logged in, you should be able to click on your meeting link and join successfully. Are you still having trouble? Please submit a ticket to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu
