Zoom: How do I schedule a webinar?

DASATech has a webinar license that you can use on a first-come, first-serve basis. Simply submit a request for our 1000-seat Webinar license by sending an e-mail to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu.

Please include the following information:

  • Name of Webinar
  • Date of Webinar
  • Time of Webinar
  • Do you want this recorded?
  • Will you have participants register ahead of time?
  • Will you need attendance reports?
  • Is the webinar open to everyone, or only the NCSU community? *Note, if you want attendance reports, you’ll need to restrict participation to those with a Zoom account.
  • Please include the UnityIDs of at least 2 employees who will be sharing administrative responsibilities of the webinar. They will be the ones starting the session and acting as co-hosts.

If you do not have all of this information ready quite yet, that’s okay! Please submit a request anyway so that we can get your event on the calendar.
