To reset the password for a Kiosk machine please open a ticket requesting to reset the password by emailing dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu, please include the computer name, the reason why you would like to reset it, and the urgency you have to have this task completed.
Kiosk machines typically auto-logon via a designated service account. On occasion, the Kiosk machine may go to sleep, lock unexpectedly,, or log out, and will require a restart. The service account should login automatically after the computer boots back up, but if it requires a password that you do not have, please email dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu for further assistance.
