If you see a billboard screen in a DASA department area that isn’t showing slides or that is stuck on one slide, please let your billboard slide creator know or place a ticket with DASA Tech to investigate by emailing dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu

This will give you a direct link to screen owners who can check on the status of their screen. Screen owners can check to make sure their slides and screens are Active as shown when they log in to https://billboard.ncsu.edu/
The billboard screen owner can see that they have active and inactive screens. The billboard owner then can click on their screens and make sure the lightbulb is Active to get the screen to start displaying again.
If you are seeing the following screen then you will need to place a ticket to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu as the network address is not matching up with what is registered in the system.
