How Do I Set Up DUO on a New Device?

When you receive or purchase a new phone, navigate to the following webpage to set up the DUO app on it.

If this is the first time you are setting up DUO, please follow the initial DUO setup instructions here:

If you’re simply adding a new or additional device, follow the instructions here:

If you’ve lost your previous device, no longer have access to your original DUO device or have forgotten your phone, please use a bypass code by following the instructions here:
