My computer does not hold a charge, what should I do?

Please open a ticket with the service desk if your computer is not holding a charge, by emailing dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu, we will assess the computer and battery health and determine the next steps.

If you notice swelling of your device or battery, please contact us immediately and discontinue the use of the device as it could pose a safety hazard.

Please know that battery replacements are not covered under warranty after one year, and if a replacement is necessary, there will be a cost after the one-year battery warranty expiration.
