Why can’t I update to the latest Apple OS?

The DASA Technology Systems Operations team needs to test compatibility and security issues on each new version of macOS that is released prior to allowing staff to install it.  This is to avoid bugs and other problems that can impact DASA users.  If you are interested in finding out if a certain version of macOS is available, please email us at dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu.
