If the device that was deployed to you does not meet your needs for a conference or other event, DASATECH will provide a loaner laptop to you to use during the event. If you are presenting, please be sure to request video display adapters in your email. To request a loaner, please submit a ticket to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu.
Please be advised that the support we will be able to provide for that device will be limited to remote-access support only, so if your event is out-of-town, it is important that you test any necessary features before leaving so that we can ensure your loaner laptop serves its needed purpose upon arrival at your destination.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to login to the loaner device at least once before leaving campus and verify that Cisco AnyConnect VPN is working properly.
If you are going to an event out of the country, it is recommended that you bring a university owned device, and we can provide you with a DASA Loaner for such events.
