Please open a service desk ticket by sending an e-mail to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu. Please request help with the Bitlocker recovery key and be sure to include the name of your computer or the number associated with the barcode, which can be found on a white label with black lettering someplace on your physical computer.
A service desk analyst will provide you the recovery key. The support provided by the analyst may be extended to determine the root cause of the issue in some cases. Please note that the recovery key ID listed on the lockout screen is NOT the ID you need to gain access to your machine.
