Sometimes the docks that our laptops connect to need to be restarted/rebooted in order to work properly. Here are some instructions on how to do that.
- Un-dock your laptop.
- Pull the power cable out from the back of the dock.
- Wait one minute.
- Plug the power cable back into the back of the dock.
- Dock your laptop.
Another reason your monitor may not display correctly may be due to loose cables or power issues. Please check to make sure that all power cables are plugged into both the wall and the monitor, and that all display cables are plugged in tightly on both ends to the monitor and also to your computer or dock.
