Follow these directions if you changed your password while off-campus and cannot log in with the new password. Connect the Cisco VPN before logging in by following the instructions found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lYOCuBWtpglNQVeIeIZL4TEHUfpyKUR4h5iDTcM4j_8/edit
If you are on a MAC computer, you may need to log in with your previous password after the restart until the computer picks up the new credentials.
