SHRA Evaluation Reminders
Important reminders for SHRA employee supervisors as the 25-26 cycle closes
SHRA employee supervisors should be reviewing Wolfpack Performance Program records now in the portal to ensure they are ready to complete performance evaluations when the current cycle ends on March 31, 2026. Final evaluations are due for all eligible SHRA employees by May 15.
Supervisor Should Already Have Completed:
- The creation of a performance document in WPP for each SHRA employee
- The Define Criteria step for each employee, including adding individual goals, setting weights for individual and institutional goals and identifying professional development opportunities, where applicable
- At least two of the three checkpoint reviews or logged into WPP to indicate you are skipping the reviews, which are not mandatory. Once you complete or skip a review, you can proceed to the next step.
If these actions are not yet complete, please do so promptly and move documents into the Finalize Criteria step. The Finalize Criteria step requires action by managers and their employees. Completing it now will help ensure an efficient and successful evaluation process.
WPP Written and Video Guides
To support the cycle closeout, University Human Resources provides written and video guides for completing performance plans in WPP. These resources include step-by-step instructions and short overviews. Supervisors should visit the WPP website and follow steps 5-9 under “SHRA Manager User Guides.” Please review the corresponding video or written guide if you need help with any step. Steps 5-9 covers everything from checkpoint reviews to the entry of final overall ratings.
Email Communication & Training
All SHRA employee supervisors should have received email communication from Employee Relations on February 24th. This communication includes links to register for training. Please contact DASA HR if you did not receive this information.
DASA HR also has resources available for supervisors on the DASA Intranet. Contact your DASA HR partner with questions.
