Supervisors of SHRA employees should register now for Wolfpack Performance Program (WPP) training. This training will focus on how to close out the performance cycle (cycle dates are April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024). Steps include finalize criteria, the nominate a participant feature, self-evaluations, completion of the manager evaluation, and entering final overall ratings. Supervisors are responsible for complying with all requirements of the Wolfpack Performance Program.
