The Wolfpack Performance Program uses MyPack Portal to house performance management documents in an effort to migrate away from a paper format and offers a number of improvements.
Supervisors of SHRA and EHRA employees will use the new system to update performance plans for their staff. Training is available from Employee Relations and all supervisors should register. Help guides are also available in print or video format.
