Reminder: Take ownership of Google files/folders owned by alumni and former employees by March 4th, 2024!

JANUARY 19, 2024 – The Office of Information Technology (OIT) advised faculty and staff that March 4th, 2024 will be the deadline to take ownership of all files and folders currently owned by former employees and alumni. Files that are not claimed prior to this deadline will be irrevocably deleted as a part of the Google quota cleanup underway at NC State.

• …how to change ownership of the files by making a copy or moving them to a Google Shared Drive if you’re an editor.
