Annual DASA Technology Customer Service Survey Launched!

March 17, 2022 – DASA Technology is happy to announce the 2021-22 Annual Customer Service Survey window has opened. Please take a few minutes to help us continue to improve the way we serve you by completing the survey found online at:

The survey can be completed any time between Thursday, March 17th, 2022, and Friday, April 8th, 2022. You will receive weekly reminders with a link back to this article in the DASA Internal Connections newsletters as a reminder and we encourage all DASA employees to participate!

Survey information is used as a part of several ways we evaluate our services which include ServiceNow incident survey results, evaluating quantitative information retrieved from ServiceNow, and our project management data. Each data point helps us build a better technology organization tailored to fit DASA departmental needs.

We take the feedback seriously and incorporate it into the work we do to build annual appraisal goals to ensure our culture of continuous improvement remains in focus for all DASA Technology Service employees.
