Using the Manager Dashboard

The MyPack Portal offers an easy way for supervisors and managers to get information on their direct reports. Known as the Manager Dashboard, this tool offers a variety of information about your team:

  • Job Actions:  See the status of your new hire – In progress, assigned, or complete
  • Direct Report Information:  Employee contacts, emergency contacts, salary history, and more.
  • Leave:  approve leave, time, or submit leave on behalf of your direct report.  The Manager Dashboard allows you to do all of this from one place.
  • Separating Employees:  The dashboard provides information about employee separations from the past 7 days as well as those scheduled in the next 3 weeks.  This is important to monitor for temporary employees, especially if you need to extend an assignment.

To access and explore additional features, go to Employee Self Service in the MyPack Portal, then select “For Managers”.  Depending on your home page set up in the MyPack Portal, you may also see the “For Managers” option at the top of the page upon login.  Only employees with direct reports will see this option.
