New DASA Employee Action Notification (DEAN) Form

DASA Business Administration (BA) continues to examine the work we do and how we can work together to meet the business needs of the Division of Academic and Student Affairs.  For example, how do we ensure that new employees have the resources needed to be quickly productive?  How do we make sure that system access is removed or updated for separating employees?

One key to successful on-boarding and off-boarding is the timely provision (or removal) of access and resources required to fulfill job responsibilities.  DASA BA has established a consolidated process for notifying key stakeholders of new hires, separations, and transfers via the DASA Employee Action Notification (DEAN) Form.  The form allows supervisors to request building access, computer equipment, printer/copier access, financial system access, and more.

Please note that this process does not replace normal procedures for working with DASA HR on new hires, resignations, or any separations.
