The UNC System Office has gathered resources related to mental health and well-being during COVID.

Focusing on wellness is needed more now than ever.

When the COVID-19 pandemic first appeared in early 2020, it was hard to imagine how it would impact everyone for so long and in so many aspects of our lives. We also know that this pandemic has added stressors such as managing remote school for children, caring for family members who are at elevated risk, and being physically separated from family, friends, and colleagues.

The UNC System Office Human Resources team has pulled together a number of helpful resources for resilience and stress management. We hope you will find them to be useful as we continue to deal the pandemic’s many impacts on our lives. Please also utilize our Faculty and Staff Assistance Plan, which can provide confidential support, resources, and information for personal and work-life issues. Remember that this program is university-sponsored, confidential, and provided at no charge to employees and their dependents.
