Mandatory On-Site Work Tracking for April

Communication Shared with Mandatory (medical emergency) Employees

Email communication was sent on 4/7/20 to DASA employees who have been designated as Mandatory (on-site) employees during the COVID-19 medical emergency.  All supervisors of Mandatory employees were also sent this communication.

All mandatory employees are required to report hours worked on-site every Friday by 11:59 p.m. during the period April 1 through April 30.  Please contact your DASA HR Partner if you did not receive email communication with the form and instructions.

How Do I Check My Mandatory Status?

It’s important to note that Mandatory status can change based on operational needs.  Permanent employees can check their status by logging into the portal and going to Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Employee Designation.  If you haven’t done so already, please check the “I Acknowledge” box.
