Bio

Lisa Miles has 24 years of experience in non-profit, private, public, and higher ed environments; previous employers include Evergreens Nursing Home, and Piedmont Triad Council of Governments. She has been with NC State for 20 years, building a substantial IT operation for University Housing and later for Campus Life. Lisa and her team merged with DASA Technology Services in 2016, where Lisa serves as Assistant Director.

Lisa earned a B.S. Info Systems & Operations Management for UNC-Greensboro, and two M.S. degrees from East Carolina University — one in Technology Systems and the other in Instructional Technology. She is currently pursuing a MBA from NC State University. She holds certifications in A+, Net+, Security+, Network Technology, and ITIL Foundations, and has completed NC State’s Performance Leadership Program.
