Metrics Dashboard Workshop

Each year units across DASA report metrics and volume of actions and activities. These snapshots of activities can answer many reflective questions with very little extra effort. DASA units participating in this workshop will see examples of static dashboards and one-sheets that help answer questions about trends. This workshop will cover building dashboards and using dashboards to engage employees in strategic planning.
