Request Support for Classroom Technology

DASA Technology now supports classroom technology for the division and requests for help can be directed to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu. If you are in a classroom and the technology is not working, the number for emergency support is available on the touchpad.

Request Access to Enterprise Systems (SAR Actions)

Department heads or their designees can request access for departmental employees to the Student Information System (SIS), Human Resources (HR), and Financials (FIN) and related enterprise systems through the following process. Please follow these instructions.

Employee Transitions – On/Off Boarding

DASA has a consolidated process to jump-start the process for new hires, separations, and transfers. Please see these instructions.

Request a New Website

Requests for new websites should be sent to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu.

Request a New REPORTER Event

DASA Tech handles course creation for all DASA units within the REPORTER event registration system. Please use this form to make your request. If you want to learn more about how you can use REPORTER for your area, please contact your strategic partner who can arrange a consultation with the folks on our team who manage this process.

Request a NC State University Guide App

DASA has launched NC State University Guides which is an app available through the Apple and Google App stores. This branded app is home to all individual Guides at the university and leverages Guidebook functionality across the campus.

Request Hardware or Software Purchase

Please first consult with your strategic partner about your requests for hardware or software. Remember that small standard items such as keyboards, mice, tablet cases, cable adapters, etc, send your request can be purchased directly by your department. Request Tech Training

Training is available for groups and also on a 1-on-1 basis as needed. Workshops can be facilitated by DASA Tech staff and other subject matter experts on campus.

Request Event Support

If you unit is hosting an event that requires tech support (especially larger events), please first consult with your strategic partner. For smaller events, such as web conferencing, or meetings in classrooms or conference rooms, send your request to dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu.
