Engagement Opportunities with Vice Chancellor and Dean Scott

There are several opportunities to connect with VCD Scott throughout the fall '24 semester.

We are excited to announce new engagement opportunities for the 2024-25 academic year with our Vice Chancellor and Dean of the Division of Academic and Student Affairs, Doneka R. Scott. Faculty and staff will have the chance to connect, share, and collaborate through DASA Hours and Co-working sessions. Here’s what you need to know:

DASA Hours for Faculty and Staff

Frequency: Once per month

This unique opportunity allows you to meet with Vice Chancellor and Dean Doneka R. Scott for open dialogue. Whether you have questions, want to discuss what’s working well, or provide feedback on areas for improvement, this is your chance to be heard. There are no presentations or decisions made during this time—just meaningful conversations. Your feedback can be about our division or the university as a whole.

DASA Co-working Sessions

Frequency: Once every other month

Join your colleagues from across DASA for co-working sessions. These sessions are a time to work on your projects or activities in a shared space, fostering an environment of collaboration and connection. Use this informal setting to tackle tasks that don’t require formal meetings or phone calls, brainstorm ideas, or simply enjoy the synergy of working alongside your peers. These sessions are designed to create organic interactions that enhance our workplace community.
