HELP! Getting Tech Help in DASA
JUNE 12, 2024—Recently, DASA Tech has noticed an uptick in the number of employees unsure of where to turn for technical support in DASA. The good news is that help is never more than an email away!
When in doubt, always email dasa-tech-help@ncsu.edu for technical support. DASA Technology Services is happy to assist you in virtually every case.
As the summer hiring season begins, we also wanted to remind everyone about our DASA New Employee Technology Onboarding Website. On it, new and veteran employees can find details about getting support, printing, purchasing, and even how we handle software licensing.
The two main exceptions to DASA Tech Support are:
- Non-DASA-controlled classrooms, which are supported by ClassTech in the Office of Information Technology and;
- Issues with your UnityID (ex. mswuf@ncsu.edu).
For help with either of these two issues, please contact help@ncsu.edu.
