DASA Technology Launches DASA Service Portal

OCTOBER 6, 2022 – DASA Technology is proud to announce the launch of the Service Portal. This is the first phase of a multi-phase rollout that may see additional services added in the future to cover additional technical support options and other potential DASA support requests in a single place.

One-Click Access For New Resources

You can access the new employee technology quick start website, open a new IT support request by clicking Get Help, or access our new searchable knowledge base at the click of a button.

Review Campus IT Service Status

Review not only current service outages or interruptions but also see new announcements directly from the Office of Information Technology (OIT). 

Quickly Access Your Service Desk Incidents

Whether you have an open incident with the OIT Help Desk for a UnityID issue, or an open support request with DASA Technology, you’ll be able to see your request through this portal. The days of saving emails, or trying to remember the right search term to find it again are over! 

Browse or Search the new DASA Knowledge Base

You can quickly access Knowledge Base articles by category, or directly search the Knowledge Base from within the Service Portal homepage. With over 70 articles and growing, DASA Technology captured our most frequently asked questions to provide you with videos, articles, and relevant links to help answer your questions quickly.

That’s right, DASA Technology had a soft launch for a Knowledge Base this summer. In September alone, we received over 133 individual searches on the platform and will have access to both what you do find and, more importantly, those times you search and fail to find the right article to meet your needs! Please take an opportunity to rate our articles and provide us with feedback through the Knowledge Base if you have a specific article you want to see or think an existing article needs some help to make it even more useful for you.

This is only the beginning. The Service Portal can be modified over time to increase functionality, provide access to other support resources from a central location, and link to the resources you use most when you need help! We look forward to welcoming you to these great new resources.
